A new set of Galaxy S23 case images has leaked showing off what appears to be an accessory attachment system. Samsung is set to reveal the Galaxy S23 series at its Unpacked event on February 1 based on numerous teasers from the company. And with the new phone, there are bound to be some official accessories getting some time in the spotlight.

One of those accessories may be this attachment case for the Galaxy S23 that was leaked by Twitter user Sudhanshu Ambhore (spotted by 9To5Google). Described as a rugged gadget case with a stand, it appears there are going to be cases for at least two of the three Galaxy S23 models. Though it’s likely Samsung will make cases for all three. This also looks to be an official case from Samsung since the Samsung branding is stamped on the back.

Most intriguing though is series of attachments you’ll be able to secure to the back of the case.

Samsung’s Galaxy S23 attachment case has a kickstand and more

Only two of the attachment types are shown in the leaked images. But it’s not hard to imagine Samsung coming out with a handful more options. Based on the leaks this rugged gadget case will come with a kickstand and a wallet option. The kickstand folds out but is also secured with a slide to unlock mechanism to keep it in place when not in use.

The wallet attachment is just as it sounds. A place to keep your cards and ID, and maybe a little cash. More interestingly is the way these attachments seem to affix to the back of the case. It looks like, though it’s not confirmed, that the variable accessory options may attach to the case magnetically.

Outside of the attachments, the case looks both rugged and at the same time, minimal. It has bumpers at the corners and appears to be made of a more durable plastic. There’s also a loop in the bottom corner for lanyards and such. It’s unclear what this case may cost but it probably won’t be long before that becomes available information.
