Ulefone is a company that is known for releasing some incredibly rugged smartphones, and its latest, the Armor 21, is being put through its paces in a destruction test. The company recently uploaded a video to its official YouTube channel that shows the device getting beaten to a pulp. Yet after being subjected to such physical damage, the phone continues to live on.
You’d almost be forgiven for thinking that nothing had ever happened to it. When it’s all said and done, the Ulefone Armor 21 destruction test appears to have been a success. Showcasing to prospective buyers that this phone will stand up to your abuse. In the video, you can see it tossed down large sets of concrete stairs, dropped on to manhole covers, and thrown into a fountain. Ulefone also sends it skidding across the pavement. And yet, after each incident, the Armor 21 is still fine. At one point you can even see a group of kids ride their bikes over it. In short, you would have a hard time destroying this device.

There’s a reason this phone can take whatever you throw at it. Ulefone built it with this exact trait in mind. To get it there, the phone is MIL-STD-810H certified and IP68/IP69K certified. So drops and scrapes against the ground and other hard surfaces likely aren’t going to hurt it. And you won’t have to worry about it getting wet either.
Not only that, but the IP69K rating means it can withstand abuse from high pressure and high temperature water jets. Basically this phone is a tank and it’s the phone you want if you’re rough on your devices. Or if you work in an environment where conditions are harsh and you have to be careful with phones and the like.
