The Vivo X90 Pro+ is coming, and its key specs have just been confirmed by Geekbench. This is Vivo’s upcoming flagship, which is expected to become one of the best camera smartphones on the market.
Geekbench confirmed key specs of the Vivo X90 Pro+
We’ll talk about that in a second, let’s touch upon the specs first. Geekbench confirmed that the Vivo X90 Pro+ will be fueled by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. That is what we expected, of course.
The device will ship with Android 13 out of the box, and Vivo’s Funtouch OS will be included on top of it (in markets outside of China). 12GB of RAM is mentioned on Geekbench, and we’re possibly looking at LPDDR5X RAM here. We’re not sure, but it’s quite possible.
The phone managed to score 1,485 points in the single-core test, and 4,739 points in the multi-core test. Do note that this is probably a pre-production model, though. The results are excellent, but still, it’s worth mentioning it.
This phone will feature a 1-inch camera sensor and ZEISS optics
Now, that’s pretty much everything that Geekbench shared. Other details did leak a while back. This handset is said to include Sony’s IMX989 sensor, which is a 50-megapixel 1-inch camera Xiaomi used in the 12S Ultra.
That camera will be backed by a 48-megapixel ultrawide unit, a 50-megapixel telephoto camera, and a 64-megapixel periscope telephoto camera. ZEISS optics will be included in the package as well.
The Vivo V2 custom ISP will be a part of the package as well, which is a brand new ISP. It comes with various camera-centric enhancements, including major improvements to low light and portrait mode performance.
The Vivo X90 Pro+ is said to include a 6.78-inch QHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. A 5,000mAh battery was also mentioned, and so was 100W charging. The phone will launch in the near future, and will be coming to markets outside of China.
