Ulefone has announced a new smartphone, the Armor 30 Pro. This handset comes with two displays and an RGB loudspeaker, which are some of its main selling points. It does have a lot more to offer, though.

As you can tell by its name, this is a rugged phone. Basically every device from the company’s ‘Armor’ series is a rugged smartphone. Its back display is much larger than the one on the Armor 28 Ultra, it’s also not circular. It’s a vertical display that goes across the phone’s backplate.
The device has a 6.95-inch fullHD+ main display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The back panel measures 3.4 inches, and it’s also flat. It’s interesting to see a second display with such placement on a phone in general, let alone a rugged phone.

The Ulefone Armor 30 Pro is IP68 and IP69K certified, and it also comes with a MIL-STD-810H rating. In other words, it’s both water and dust resistant, and it can handle some drops too. It’s a tough cookie.
Its displays are protected by the Gorilla Glass 5. The phone also has a 118dB waterproof loudspeaker, which is powered by the Infinite Halo 2.0 technology.
A 50-megapixel main camera has a 1/1.3-inch sensor size, which is great to see. A 64-megapixel infrared night vision camera is also included and assisted by quad IR LEDs. The third camera on the back is a 50-megapixel ultrawide camera with macro functionality. A 32-megapixel selfie unit is also included here, it sits on the front.
Storage expansion is available, and the phone’s pricing is already known
The MediaTek Dimensity 7300X fuels this smartphone, that is the company’s 4nm chip. The phone also offers 16GB of RAM (expandable up to 32GB thanks to virtual RAM) and 512GB of storage (expandable up to 2TB via a microSD card).
This smartphone will become available to purchase on March 17, the same day the Ulefone Armor 28 Ultra will go on sale. It will be available via AliExpress and OZON, and its starting price will be $379.99.
