The top-of-the-line Google Pixel Fold has been sold out, at least in the US. We are, of course, talking about the most expensive variant of the phone, the one with 512GB of storage. Google introduced two of them, one with 256GB of storage, and the other with 512GB.

Having said that, Google is now offering its consumers to join a waitlist if they’re interested in the 512GB storage option. That variant is priced at $1,919, by the way. The 256GB storage model costs $1,799, and it’s still available to purchase.

The Google Pixel Fold comes in Obsidian and Porcelain color options, and it was announced during Google I/O earlier this month. It will go on sale on June 27, in case you were wondering, as pre-orders are still active.

That being said, if you do choose to get the $1,799 variant, you can get it over 24 monthly payments of $74.69 from the Google Store. For the 512GB storage option, that ends up being $79.96 per month, over a 24-month period.

We’ve attended Google I/O, and had a chance to play around with the phone. Our full review is planned, so stay tuned for that. The Pixel Fold sure is an interesting phone, based on both the info Google provided, and our hands-on time with it.

This phone takes a different approach to book-style foldables than the Galaxy Z Fold series

It is a book-style foldable, but it takes a different approach than the Galaxy Z Fold 4. It opts for a horizontal layout when unfolded, so it’s a lot shorter and wider when folded (compared to the Galaxy Z Fold 4).

The phone is fueled by the Google Tensor G2 SoC, and it includes 12GB of RAM. Its main display measures 7.6 inches, and it’s a 1840 x 2208 OLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. The secondary panel measures 5.8 inches, and it’s a fullHD+ (2092 x 1080) OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate.

The Pixel Fold also has an interesting camera setup on the back, and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. Android 13 comes pre-installed, and so on. If you’d like to know more about its specs, click here.
