We’re not less than a month away from the launch of the Galaxy Watch 6, and we’re all looking forward to it. While we’re waiting to see what this device looks like, it appears to have been right under our noses (and on someone’s wrist). Here’s an image of what could be the Galaxy Watch 6.

We expect Samsung to announce its latest smartwatch along with its latest foldable phones. The next Unpacked event is rumored to go down in late July. Until then, we don’t have any visuals of the Galaxy Watch 6.

Due to the nature of this image, you’ll want to take this news with a grain of salt. Tottenham Hotspur forward Son Heung-Min was spotted sporting what looks like a Galaxy Watch 6, according to Yonhap News. The image shows the football player at the airport wearing a smartwatch on his wrist.

Sources believe that this could be the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Watch 6. Looking at the image, it appears that Son Heung-min is wearing the black colorway of the watch. We see that it could have thinner bezels than what we saw with the Galaxy Watch 5.

While the company hasn’t officially confirmed that this image is of its upcoming smartwatch, we’ve seen the company do this before. Before the Galaxy Watch 4 launched, the company gave one to volleyball player Kim Yeon-kyung. So, this could very well be a marketing stunt pulled by Samsung to raise awareness about this smartwatch before the official launch.

Get ready for the next Unpacked event

Samsung usually has two major unpacked events every year. The first event is reserved for the main Galaxy S phones. The second sees the launch of the latest foldable phones (previously the latest Note devices). This year, this Unpacked event, ironically, will be packed with devices.

We know that Samsung will announce the 5th-generation Galaxy Fold/Flip devices during the event. Along with that, we’ll see the Galaxy Watch 6 devices. Last, but not least, we’re also expecting to see the upcoming Galaxy Tab S9 devices. There’s a lot to look forward to so keep an eye on your calendar. Samsung is supposed to hold the event on July 26th.
