CES 2022 has recently seen a wave of event exits over the past several weeks but TCL plans to revamp its own efforts instead for the upcoming show.
In fact, not only will the company be keeping its booth at the show itself. That showing will take place at Booth #17017 in the Central Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center. TCL also plans to host no fewer than two virtual events with key execs for CES 2022, showcasing a new business strategy and a new products strategy. All under the “theme,” TCL says, of “Inspire Greatness.”
TCL is keeping its CES 2022 announcements vague, for now
The dates set aside for the TCL booth at CES 2022 run from January 5 through January 8. But the main event, at least for those not attending, will likely be the two virtual showcases.
Both virtual events take place on January 4 via the TCL CES 2022 landing page, linked above, and both will feature a separate set of high-up executives. It can also be found on the company’s Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube pages.
For the first event, TCL Electronics Chairperson Ms. Juan Du will be hosting alongside several unnamed senior executives. That will take place on January 4 at 6 AM PST and will be a global-focused event. The second event, focusing on the North America region, will be hosted by Senior Vice President of TCL North America Chris Larson as well as the executive team he leads.
While specifics for the brand haven’t been provided, with regard to what to expect, the company has given some hints. Namely, the second event will discuss the brand’s strategy in the North American region. But it will also draw focus on upcoming product strategies. As well as products themselves. With everything from “smart home in action,” to Mini LED TV and mobile product showings. The second event for CES will take place an hour later than the first.
