The Sony Xperia 10 IV has just surfaced in CAD-based renders, thus revealing its design. These images have been published by Zoutons, in collaboration with @OnLeaks, who usually provides CAD-based renders.
The Sony Xperia 10 IV design has just been unofficially revealed
Such info is usually spot on, so we have no reason to believe these are not legit. The design of this phone will seem quite familiar to those of you who are in tune with Sony’s smartphone design.
This phone uses that really narrow and tall approach, and doesn’t shy away from the top and bottom bezels. Thanks to those, it doesn’t have a display camera hole, and truth be said, those bezels are not that thick at all.
The display is flat here, while all physical buttons are placebo n the left. The power/lock key actually doubles as a fingerprint scanner, and is placed below the volume up and down buttons.
A Type-C USB port sits at the bottom of the phone. You’ll also notice a 3.5mm headphone jack on the device, as it is placed at the top of the phone. The back of the device is mostly flat.
There are three cameras on the back of this phone
There are three cameras on the back, and they’re vertically aligned. The camera island is rather small, while Sony’s logo sits on the back as well. Now, in addition to these renders, the source revealed some additional information about the device.
This handset allegedly features a 6-inch flat OLED display. There are stereo speakers included here, and they’re front-firing, both of them. That is surprising, and welcomed, of course.
The source claims that the Sony Xperia 10 IV will measure roughly 153.3 x 67.3 x 8.4mm (9mm including the camera bump). In other words, this phone will be quite compact, considering the size of other devices in the market.
It is also said that the phone is expected to feature 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. A 4,000mAh battery is also mentioned, while the device could be fueled by the Snapdragon 690 SoC. It is tipped to launch in Black, White, Mint Green, and Berry Blue.
