There’s no more important relationship on this earth than that of a healthy body and a healthy mind; indeed, the proper balance of nutrition, exercise, sleep, and gentle care for oneself is paramount in leading the best possible life.
As one of the most prominent bodybuilders of all-time, one would think that Arnold Schwarzenegger of all people would be the biggest proponent of gunning for the healthiest possible lifestyle, and most of the time, you’d probably be right. The only snag is that FUBAR exists now, and apparently any time spent sleeping is better spent binging the legendary movie star’s new Netflix series.
It looks as though Schwarzenegger has officially endorsed neglecting an important part of health for the sake of absorbing some of that sweet Arnie content; apparently all it takes to go against your brand is to be unprecedentedly biased against it for once. Of course, with a 51 percent approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes, it’s probably in need of those viewing hours.
FUBAR stars Schwarzenegger and Monica Barbaro (Top Gun: Maverick) as Luke and Emma Brenner, a father-daughter duo who find out that they’re both secretly CIA agents; a truth that they’ve each kept from the other. But when they both get wrapped up in an operation against the high-profile arms dealer Boro Polonia, they quickly find themselves at the center of the most intense family bonding time they’ll ever partake in.
All episodes of FUBAR are available to watch on Netflix, so for those of you reading this at 3am, you know what to do.
