Alongside the Pixel Fold, Pixel 7a, and Pixel Tablet, Google is also planning to launch a new variant of the Pixel Buds A-Series earbuds during Google I/O, it seems. The ‘Sky Blue’ Pixel Buds A-Series are coming, as they just surfaced in images.
The ‘Sky Blue’ Pixel Buds A-Series are coming, and here’s what they’ll look like
These images come from two sources, actually. WinFuture shared a bunch of renders of the product itself. These seem to be official renders, actually. Evan Blass, on the other hand, shared these earbuds in a family photo with the ‘Sea’ Pixel 7a, and its official case. Google loves to color-match its products, and this time is no different. You can check out all of those images in the gallery below the article.
These earbuds look the same as all the other Pixel Buds A-Series earbuds, of course. The only difference is the colors used. The case shell will be white, but the earbuds themselves, and the inner part of the case will be bluish.
We’re looking at truly wireless earbuds here, of course. They do come with those little ear wings that help with in-ear stability. The Pixel Buds A-Series are very comfortable, and these won’t be any different, as only the color is different.
The price will likely remain unchanged
The case is egg-shaped, and the price of these earbuds will also likely remain unchanged. They are priced at $99 in the US, and €99 in Europe. These are Google’s mid-range earbuds, actually, the Pixel Buds Pro are the high-end offering.
The Pixel Buds A-Series have been out in the market for quite some time now. Google still has no plans to release a new version of them, however. The company is content with adding new colors at this point.
In any case, the upcoming Google I/O will be packed. Google will not only talk about Android 14 and AI, but we’ll get a ton of product launches. Who knows, we may even get a Pixel 8 teaser too.
