Samsung managed to surprise quite a few people by releasing a stable Android 12 update for the Galaxy S21 series. This is the earliest Samsung had released a major Android update in… well, probably ever. It was only a month behind Google, basically.
Samsung was well-known for being late with Android updates, but the company completely turned things around. Now it’s either first or second to release security updates every month, and it apparently does great with major new iterations of Android as well.
Let’s hope Samsung will be able to stick to the roadmap it revealed, as many devices will get the update rather soon.
