The Samsung Galaxy A56 specs have just surfaced along with the phone’s expected price tag. We exclusively shared the design of this smartphone not long ago, and we also knew that 45W charging will be supported.

Well, a tipster that goes by ‘TheGalox_’ on X aka Anthony, has just shared plenty of spec details. According to the information, the Exynos 1580 will fuel the device. That is in line with a previous report.
The phone will also include a fullHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate. That will be a Dynamic AMOLED panel by the way. A 5,000mAh battery is also mentioned by the source, as is 45W wired charging which was revealed via a recent certification listing.
The phone will allegedly include 50-megapixel, 12-megapixel, and 5-megapixel cameras on its back. The 50-megapixel one will be its main snapper, while the 12-megapixel one will likely be the ultrawide camera. A 12-megapixel shooter will sit on the front side.
The source also claims that the Galaxy A56 will arrive in 8GB and 12GB RAM variants, with 128GB and 256GB of storage. We’re not sure if these storage options will be tied to RAM options, or will you be able to get an 8GB RAM model with more storage. Chances are you’ll be limited to 128GB, though.

It was also mentioned that the device will combine metal and glass in its build, which was to be expected. Samsung will use aluminum for the frame of the device, the same as it did for its predecessor.
The source claims that the Galaxy A56 will start at £439 in the UK. That likely means that the phone’s price tag in the US will be around $550. We’re only guessing, though.
The Samsung Galaxy A55 dropped in March 2024, so we may be in for quite a wait before the Galaxy A56 arrives. It remains to be seen if Samsung changed up its release cycle or not. One thing is for sure, we already have plenty of information about this phone.
