After launching the REDMAGIC 10 Air globally, the company has introduced its latest flagship gaming smartphones: the REDMAGIC 10S Pro and 10S Pro+. These are the successors to last year’s REDMAGIC 10 Pro series. The new flagship devices come with powerful hardware, huge batteries, and features to entice gaming enthusiasts.
REDMAGIC’s new 10S Pro series of gaming-centric smartphones flaunt composite liquid metal cooling 2.0. It offers a “Hot Wheels” high-speed centrifugal fan with a speed of 23,000 rpm. There’s also a large VC mechanism that helps keep the phones cool while delivering maximum gaming performance. REDMAGIC has also included the 520Hz gaming shoulder keys on the new phones that mimic controller triggers.
One of the unique features of the 10S Pro series is support for a built-in PC emulator. It makes these phones compatible with certain PC games via the Steam platform. Furthermore, the handsets also come with stereo speakers and multi-function NFC support.
The Snapdragon 8 Elite SoCs and up to 7,500mAh batteries are on offer
At the helm, the REDMAGIC 10S Pro and 10S Pro+ house the Snapdragon 8 Elite “Leading Version” with a clock speed of 4.47GHz. The SoC is accompanied by the Adreno 830 GPU, up to 24GB of RAM, and up to 1TB of UFS 4.1 Pro native storage. Both run the Android 15 OS-based REDMAGIC AI OS 10.0.
On the front, the REDMAGIC 10S Pro series has a 6.85-inch 1.5K OLED BOE Q9+ display. They offer a refresh rate of 144Hz and up to 960Hz touch sampling rate. The phones offer 10-bit color depth, a 100% DCI-P3 color gamut, up to 2,000 nits max brightness, DC dimming, and 2,592Hz PWM dimming. For security, the devices have in-display fingerprint sensors.
As for the other specs, the REDMAGIC 10S Pro and Pro+ feature a 50MP main camera, a 50MP ultrawide lens, and a 2MP macro shooter at the rear. On the front, there’s a 16MP OmniVision under-display selfie camera. For connectivity, the devices have 5G NSA/SA, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, and USB Type-C 3.2 Gen 2 ports. Lastly, the REDMAGIC 10S Pro+ boasts a 7,500mAh battery with 120W fast charging, while the 10S Pro relies on a 7,050mAh battery with 80W charging.
Coming to the pricing, REDMAGIC will sell the 10S Pro at a starting price tag of around $695 in China first. The 10S Pro+ edition will cost approximately $830. REDMAGIC has also introduced some limited editions of these devices, exclusively for the Chinese market. Similar to the REDMAGIC 10 Air, the company could launch these phones globally in the coming months.
