Realme is planning to copy Apple’s ‘Dynamic Island’ feature, as this company will be the first to include that feature on an Android smartphone. This information comes from SmartPrix and @OnLeaks, who also showed us the phone for the first time.

The Realme will be first to launch an Android smartphone with ‘Dynamic Island’

Before we get into it, let’s just mention that ‘Dynamic Island’ debuted on the iPhone 14 Pro series last year. It’s basically a clever way to use the software in collaboration with a pill-shaped cutout on devices.

This feature has, kind of, arrived to Android last year, via third-party apps. Apps like dynamicSpot delivered it, and they work fine. This will be an implementation on a system-level, from Realme, so it’s a different ballgame altogether.

This smartphone will be a part of the company’s C-series devices

Now, we’re not sure what will this phone be called, but it’ll be a part of the company’s C-series devices. This feature may be called the ‘Mini capsule’ in Realme’s case.

If you take a look at the two images below, you’ll see the device in question. In this particular case, you can see the charging animation at the top. OPPO’s SuperVOOC charging is in use here. You can also see that the phone is running Realme UI 4.0.

In addition to the two images above, @OnLeaks has also shared a short GIF on Twitter, which you can check out below. This animation shows us the same thing as the aforementioned images, but in motion.

It will likely launch at MWC 2023

Unlike the iPhone 14 Pro series, this Realme phone will include a single display camera hole, not a pill-shaped hole. It is also expected to launch during MWC 2023 in Barcelona soon. Another phone that Realme plans to launch is the Realme GT3, a phone that will support 240W charging, and become the world’s fastest charging device.
