Plenty of OPPO-related information surfaced recently. The OPPO Find X8 Ultra display and camera details have appeared, not to mention that the global Find X8 and Find X8 Pro models appeared too.
The OPPO Find X8 Ultra details surfaced, including both display & camera
Let’s talk about the ‘Ultra’ model first, shall we? Its camera details surfaced at the end of last month. Well now Digital Chat Station had more to say. That’s one of the best-known tipsters around, and the same person who shared the initial camera details.
He says that the device will have a micro-quad-curved display. It will include a 6.82-inch BOE X2 LTPO OLED display with a 2K+ resolution. That display will have an adaptive refresh rate of up to 120Hz (1-120Hz). That’s the same panel the OnePlus 13 is using, by the way.
He also claims that a multi-spectral sensor from Hasselblad has been added to the camera setup. The OPPO Find X8 Ultra will also have an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner and offer IP68/IP69 certification for water and dust resistance.
As a reminder, the phone will include a quad-camera setup on the back. It will include four 50-megapixel cameras. The main one will utilize a 1-inch sensor. A 50-megapixel ultrawide camera will be included too, as will a 3x periscope telephoto camera. The second periscope telephoto camera will offer 6x optical zoom.
Global variants of the OPPO Find X8 & Find X8 Pro also appeared
Now, in regards to the global models, both of them appeared on Geekbench. The OPPO Find X8 appeared with the model number CPH2651, while the ‘Pro’ surfaced with the model number CPH2659.
The regular OPPO Find X8 scored 2,840 points in the single-core benchmark, while it managed to reach 8,817 points in the multi-core test. The OPPO Find X8 Pro scored 1,787 points in the single-core, and 6,349 points in the multi-core test. Both of them are equipped with 16GB of RAM and run Android 15, by the way.
