OnePlus has started teasing the global launch of the OnePlus 10 series, it seems. This information comes from Abhishek Yadav, a tipster. He did not say where this teaser popped up, though.
OnePlus started teasing the global launch of the OnePlus 10 series
If you take a look at the image below, you’ll see what the tipster shared. It’s an image that says ‘01+10’, which spells out OnePlus 10, of course. There’s nothing else of note to talk about here.
The OnePlus 10 Pro launched last month in China. It launched without the regular OnePlus 10, which wasn’t all that surprising considering that the OnePlus 10 didn’t really leak ahead of time.
OnePlus may be planning to announce the OnePlus 10 in the global markets, though. The thing is, a recent report suggested that the OnePlus 10 may arrive in the second quarter of the year. The OnePlus 10 Pro is expected to launch in Q1 globally.
We’re not sure what’s going on here, exactly, but these teasers will hopefully clear things up moving forward. OnePlus still didn’t announce the global launch event for the OnePlus 10 series, though.
The OnePlus 10 & 10 Pro are expected to launch at the same time… globally
It is possible that the OnePlus 10 Pro will launch first, and be followed by the OnePlus 10. That would be a rather odd move by OnePlus, though, as it would make more sense to announce both phones at the same time.
Now, some of you may recall that the OnePlus 10 Ultra was also mentioned in some rumors. That device is tipped to launch in the second half of the year. It will likely be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 manufactured by TSMC. That chip may be called the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1+, we’ll see.
All in all, OnePlus seems to be getting ready to launch three flagship-grade smartphones this year, in global markets. The first two are expected to land in the first half of the year. Both the OnePlus 10 and 10 Pro will likely launch towards the end of Q1, but we’ll see. It’s possible OnePlus may announce both of them in April.
