Summary: OnePlus’ most powerful tablet yet has appeared on Geekbench, the OnePlus Pad 2 Pro aka OnePlus Pad 3R. It remains to be seen which name OnePlus will use. It will be fueled by the Snapdragon 8 Elite, that much has been confirmed, the same goes for Android 15 and 16GB of RAM.

A new tablet from OnePlus is on its way. Its name will either be teh OnePlus Pad 2 Pro or OnePlus Pad 3R, it all depends on who you ask. That tablet did appear at the FCC recently, with the model number OPD2408.

Now, that very same tablet popped up on Geekbench, with a bit different model number, though, OPD2413. Its name was not mentioned yet again, but it’s almost certainly the same tablet, but probably for a different market, hence the different model number.

In any case, this tablet has managed to score 3,091 points in the single-core, and 9,638 points int he multi-core test on Geekbench. As you suspected, it’s fueled by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip from Qualcomm. And yes, this is an 8-core version, not a 7-core one.

Android 15 has also been mentioned on Geekbench, and the same goes for 16GB of RAM. We’re not sure if that will be the only version, but it will be one of the versions, at the very least.

80W charging, a 144Hz display & a 13-megapixel main camera are expected

What we also know is that it will support 80W charging. That was revealed by China’s 3C certification which took place last month. Wireless charging most probably won’t be a part of the offering, though.

This tablet will almost certainly be based on the OPPO Pad 4 Pro. It may even have the same internals. With that in mind, we’re expecting it to offer a 13.2-inch IPS LCD display with a 3.4K resolution. A 144Hz refresh rate will also be on offer.

The tablet will likely offer either up to 512GB or 1TB of storage, and its battery will offer around a 10,000mAh capacity. A 13-megapixel camera is expected to be included on the back of the device.

The OnePlus Pad Pro arrived in June last year, and we’re expecting this tablet to arrive mid-year too. It doesn’t mean it will be in June, but it’s possible.
