The Nothing Phone (2) will become official on July 11. As we’re waiting for that to happen, more and more info is coming regarding the device. Regarding the Nothing Phone (2) design, we can now check out both its front and back sides… well, partial shots of both.

The Nothing Phone (2) design puzzles landed to reveal a familiar design

If you check out the images below, you’ll see the top-left part of the phone’s front side, the bottom-right portion of it, and its LED glowing in a pitch black environment.

If all of this looks familiar, well, there’s a reason for it. The Nothing Phone (2) will resemble the Nothing Phone (1) quite a bit as far as the design is concerned. Carl Pei wanted us to believe differently, but everything we’ve seen thus far points to the fact the design will be similar.

A display camera hole will be centered up top, while the phone’s sides will be rounded. The volume up and down buttons will sit on the left side, while the power/lock button will be included on the right.

The phone will once again have a see-through back and Glyph lights

The device will once again be made out of metal and glass, and its corners will be rounded. It will once again have flat sides, and a see-through glass backplate. Below it, Nothing’s ‘Glyph’ LED lights will be implemented. Speaking of which, you can see those lights in action in the third picture above.

We already know that the phone will be fueled by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. That much was confirmed by Nothing. You’ll also be able to create your own Glyph ringtones on the phone. On top of that, Nothing has decided to make the phone’s cable transparent too, well, the part around the Type-C plug.

The Nothing Phone (2) could cost a bit more than its predecessor. It will be available in the US this time around from the get-go, unlike its predecessor.
