Netflix has just announced it’ll soon stream five episodes of the current season of Inside the NFL, a weekly sports television show that follows the NFL.
Inside the NFL has been on the air since the late 1970s, initially on HBO before moving to Showtime and then onto streaming via Paramount+ before being dropped and more recently picked up at The CW. The show currently airs once a week on The CW at 8 ET/7 CT.
The show recaps the events of that week in the National Football League with distinguished guests and experts. The current lineup of NFL stars include Ryan Clark, Channing Crowder, Jay Cutler, Chad Johnson, and Chris Long.
When do new episodes of Inside the NFL drop on Netflix?
Netflix, only in the US, will stream new episodes of the show the day after it airs on The CW, with new episodes dropping beginning this Wednesday (January 17th) and running through to the Super Bowl. New episodes drop at 3 PM ET or 12PM PT.
Netflix will debut new episodes with exclusive footage and analysis of the playoffs and the Super Bowl.
Here’s the episode release schedule for the next few weeks:

Episode 2 | January 23rd | January 24th |

This is the second major NFL title coming to Netflix following the release of Quarterback in 2023, which tracked the seasons of multiple quarterbacks for the 2022/23 season, including Patrick Mahomes, Kirk Cousins, and Marcus Mariota. That docu-series has been renewed for a second season and is expected to drop in 2024.
