We knew what the Motorola Razr 40 Ultra will look like, but we did not have much information regarding its specs. Well, that has now changed, as XDA Developers shared the details, and thus revealed the phone’s specifications.
The Motorola Razr 40 Ultra specs have been revealed ahead of launch
According to this info, the phone will be fueled by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. This was to be expected, even though some rumors suggested it could be the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2.
The phone will include a fullHD+ (2640 x 1080) HDR AMOLED main display. Its cover display will have a resolution of 1056 x 1066. Earlier reports suggested that the phone will feature a 3.5-inch cover display. Its main display will likely measure 6.7 inches, but we’ll see.
The Motorola Razr 40 Ultra will offer up to 12GB of RAM, and up to 512GB of storage. It will offer two SIM card slots, support an eSIM, have an NFC chip, and a side-facing fingerprint scanner.
A 12-megapixel main camera (Sony’s IMX563 sensor) will be backed by a 13-megapixel ultrawide camera (SK Hynix Hi1336 sensor). A 32-megapixel selfie camera (OmniVision OV32840) will be included on the main display.
It will arrive in three color options
The Motorola Razr 40 Ultra will arrive in Black, Blue, and Barberry color variants. That is pretty much everything that the source shared. We’ll have to wait for all the other details.
Now, Motorola did launch the Motorola Edge+ (2023) and a couple of G series smartphones yesterday. We still don’t know when will the Motorola Razr 40 Ultra foldable launch, however. The company still didn’t share an exact launch date.
The phone’s design did get revealed, though. Evan Blass shared a bunch of images not long ago. You can get a great look at its cover display, which will be truly spacious. It will be slightly larger than the one on the upcoming Galaxy Z Flip 5.
