Till now, actor Kelsey Grammer had not shared the details of his sister’s gruesome murder with anyone. But now, he is sharing her last moments, every heartwrenching, horrifying detail to remind the legal system of his sister’s sufferings since her rapist has been claiming that he doesn’t remembering sexually assaulting Karen Grammer.

Karen was Freddie Glenn and his accomplice, Michael Corbett’s third officially known victim. Their initial plan was to rob the Red Lobster restaurant where Karen, 18, worked. But they came across her while she was waiting outside for her boyfriend to finish work and kidnapped her, fearing that she might alert the police. They then took her to their apartment and repeatedly raped her. On the pretext of freeing her after it, they put a cloth over her head and drove her to a mobile home park on South Wahsatch Avenue, where Glenn stabbed her 42 times, to the point where he nearly decapitated her and left her to die.

The Marvel actor was 20 when he lost his sister to these monsters mere hours after chatting with her that day back in 1975. He read the police report that reenacted Karen’s final moments in which she was “crawling 400 feet from the place where she had been stabbed. Bloody fingerprints mark the trail of her final moments at exactly 3’6” along the office and walls of the trailer park. She had been on her knees, crawling her way. Seeking help with her last ounce of life.”

This harrowing description comes from Grammer’s upcoming book, Karen: A Brother Remembers, where he recounts each and every cruelty his sister suffered at the hands of men who saw her as nothing but an object and didn’t hesitate for a second to torture her endlessly. Both Glenn and Corbbett were sentenced to prison, but while the latter died in prison in 2019, Glenn has continued to apply for parole many times, which has been majorly denied thanks to Grammer, who keeps reminding the court and the parole board of the evil they will be unleashing. He has been denied parole four times, and his next chance to appeal is in 2027.

In a chat with People, Grammar shares he was on the fence about including the “graphic, impersonal review” of Karen’s death, but he knew the revelation of the entire truth would be “ammunition to keep Freddie Glenn in jail.”

“His protestations these days are like, ‘Well, I don’t remember raping her. Bulls—.”

Grammer still stands by his past resolutions to forgive Glenn one day, but he will not let him escape the punishment for taking away his sister from him. Glenn will have to pay for the pain and horror he condemned Karen Grammer to; Kelsey Grammer will make sure of it.
