How To Get To Heaven From Belfast is an upcoming Netflix Original comedy-thriller series created, produced, and written by Derry Girls creator Lisa McGee. The series is directed by Michael Lennox (Derry Girls) and produced by Hat Trick Productions.
The series’ executive producers are Caroline Leddy (Plebs), Michael Lennox, Liz Lewin (Riviera), Lisa McGee (The Deceived), and Jimmy Mulville (Flack).

What is the plot of How To Get To Heaven From Belfast?
Netflix has provided a synopsis for the series:
“Clever, chaotic TV writer Saoirse, glamorous, stressed-out mother of three Robyn, and dependable, inhibited carer Dara have been a tight-knit group since school. Now in their late 30s, but still as close as ever, these three friends are about to embark on the most thrilling adventure of their lives. When an email arrives, telling them about the death of the estranged fourth member of their childhood gang, Greta, a series of eerie events at her wake set them on a dark, dangerous and hilarious odyssey through Ireland and beyond as each tries to piece together the truth of the past. A show about friendship, memory and what happens when life doesn’t turn out quite like you’d expected.”
Who is in the cast of How To Get To Heaven From Belfast?
So far, we have only confirmed the three leads for How To Get To Heaven From Belfast: Roísín Gallagher, Sinéad Keenan, and Caoilfhionn Dunne.
Roísín Gallagher plays Saoirse. The actress previously starred in the licensed Netflix Original series The Fall, where she played DC Taylor. She recently starred in the series The Dry as Shiv Sheridan.

Sinéad Keenan plays the role of Robyn. The actress has starred in multiple British shows, including Derry Girls as Aideen O’Shea, Unforgotten as DCI Jess James, Deep Water as Roz, and Nina in Being Human.
