The HONOR Earbuds 3 Pro earbuds have been announced by HONOR at MWC 2022. The company also announced its Magic4 series of smartphones, and a smartwatch. These earbuds are the only audio-related product that the company introduced in Barcelona.
The HONOR Earbuds 3 Pro have a familiar design, which is not necessarily a bad thing
When it comes to the design, they do resemble Apple AirPods Pro, and a number of other truly wireless earbuds on the market. That’s not a bad thing at all, as they are really nice-looking, and the stem is not too long.
A temperature sensor is included
Now, one of the most interesting features of these earbuds is the high-accuracy temperature sensor. In addition to that, you’ll find 11mm drivers inside them, and the world’s first Coaxial Dual-Driver design. On top of that, a PZT Tweeter is a part of the package too, and it helps with bass, and some other audio aspects.
There are also three levels of Adaptive Noise Cancellation. Those three modes are Ultra, Cozy, and General. That gives you various options when it comes to noise cancellation.
These earbuds ship with Bluetooth 5.2 support, wear detection support, and even simultaneous Bluetooth connection with two devices. In addition to the temperature sensor, you’ll also find a Cap sensor, and a Hall sensor here. The audio pass-through feature is also included.
You can get up to 6 hours of playtime from the earbuds themselves
The charging case has a 410mAh battery, while each earbud is equipped with a 42mAh battery. HONOR says that you’ll get around 6 hours of playtime with active noise reduction turned off, and 4 hours with it turned on. If you count in the charging case, those numbers turn to 24 and 16 hours, respectively.
The charging case measures 64.3 x 46 x 23.2mm, while it weighs 42.6 grams. Each earbud measures 30.5 x 21.6 x 24.3mm, while they weigh 5.1 grams (each of them).
The HONOR Earbuds 3 Pro earbuds come in Black, Gray, and White color variants. They are priced at €199, and should be available for purchase soon. HONOR didn’t share the exact timeline on that, though.
