A well-known tipster, Ice Universe, recently gave us our first look at the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. He shared a couple of renders made to show us what the device will look like. The tipster is now back with two more renders.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra will offer a different look than its predecessor
If you take a look at the images below, you’ll be able to see not only the front side of the Galaxy S25 Ultra, but its right side too. This is the first time we’re seeing the phone’s side, actually.
So, as you can see, the Galaxy S25 Ultra will not only have thinner bezels than its predecessor, but its sides will be flat. They will curve towards the very edges, similar to the iPhone 15 series and the Pixel 9 series.
A display camera hole will be centered on the front, while all physical keys will sit on the right. The power/lock key will be placed below the volume up and down buttons, as you can see.
The design of its back side is still a mystery
We still don’t know what will the phone’s back side look like. Also, do note that these are third-party renders and not actual leaks of the device. Ice Universe seemingly has the information on the design, though, so these renders should be rather accurate. He did partner up with TekAvenue to bring the phone to life, though.
The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will become official in Q1 next year, most probably. If we had to guess, we’d say that Samsung will announce the phone in January, as it did the Galaxy S24 series this year.
In addition to a different design compared to its predecessor, the Galaxy S25 Ultra will also have more powerful specs, of course. We’re not expecting to see all that many changes in the camera department, though, well, at least based on rumors.
The Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 will fuel the phone, and it remains to be seen if an Exynos version will be on offer. The Galaxy S24 Ultra featured a Snapdragon chip exclusively, unlike its siblings.
