Just as we thought we’d get a break from the Google Pixel 9 Pro XL leaks, a 19-minute hands-on video has appeared. This video appeared on YouTube, and it comes from the Andro-news.com YouTube channel.
The Google Pixel 9 Pro XL shows up in a 19-minute hands-on video ahead of launch
A Ukrainian YouTube is in front of the camera in this video, and as already mentioned, the video is quite long. Turn on close captions if you don’t speak the language, and follow along as he talks about the device.
Alternatively, you can only look at the video and the phone, of course. The entire video has been embedded below the article for your convenience. So, just scroll down if you’d like to check it out.
The Pixel 9 Pro XL design is really not fresh news. The phone has been leaking for quite some time now, and we’ve seen it from various angles. We’ve also exclusively leaked the Pixel 9 in all colors, and the same goes for its ‘Pro’ sibling.
Google will deliver four Pixel 9 phones this time around, one of which is a foldable
Yes, Google is planning to bring us three regular Pixel 9 handsets this time around. The ‘Fold’ variant will also be a part of the Pixel 9 family, though. So, we’ll technically get three ‘regular’ phones, and one foldable. We still don’t know if the Pixel 9 Pro Fold will launch at the same time as the other three devices, however.
Now, in terms of the Pixel 9 Pro XL, you’ll notice that it has flat sides, while its front and back are flat too. The only thing that is rounded are the phone’s corners, and the corners on the camera island on the back… which is pill-shaped.
The phone is made out of metal and glass. The frame has a glossy finish, while the back has a matte finish. There are three cameras on the back, and the display camera hole on the front is centered up top.
As a reminder, the Google Pixel 9 series will launch on August 13. Google’s Pixel phones are coming around two months sooner than usual, Google usually hosts these events in October.
