We’ve already shared plenty of images of the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE, exclusively. With that being said, one render of the device just surfaced on the Wireless Power Consortium. That’s not all, though, as the wireless charging speed of the Galaxy S24 FE has also been confirmed as part of the certification.
The Galaxy S24 FE will have 15W wireless charging
The Samsung Galaxy S24 FE will support 15W wireless charging, it has been revealed. That will be coupled with a 25W wired charging speed, as confirmed by the TUV Rheinland certification which happened recently.
In other words, this phone will not only offer the same wired charging speed as the very first phone in the series, but the same goes for wireless charging. If we had to guess, we’d say that the same thing will happen with reverse wireless charging.
That is kind of disappointing considering that the first-gen model was announced way back in 2020. We were expecting some sort of improvement from Samsung, but that’s not happening.
Now, in regards to the phone’s design, it’s obviously a part of Samsung’s lineup. The device will have a flat display, with a centered display camera hole at the top. The bezels will be thin, but not uniform. The bottom bezel will be thicker than the rest.
It will feature a flat frame, unlike its predecessor
The frame on the phone will be flat, though it will curve a bit towards the very edges. The power/lock and volume rocker buttons will be located on the right-hand side. Three vertically-aligned cameras sit on the back, in the top-left corner.
The back of the phone will also be flat, just like its front side. The design will be a bit different than the Galaxy S23 FE, mainly because of the frame. The Galaxy S23 FE does not have a flat frame, it’s slightly rounded.
Chances are that the phone will become official next month. The Galaxy S23 FE was announced back in October last year.
