The Samsung Galaxy S22 series is right around the corner at this point. The three phones are tipped to launch on February 9, and we’ve already seen various price leaks. This time around, the Galaxy S22 series prices for the US surfaced, again, from a rather reliable source.
The Galaxy S22 series prices for the US market appear again
This information comes from TechInsider, formerly known as Snoopy the tipster. He seems to have shared price tags for the base models of all three Galaxy S22 smartphones, for the US market.
According to this information, the Galaxy S22 will start at $899, while the Galaxy S22+’s pricing will begin at $1,099. The Galaxy S22 Ultra will be the most expensive model, needless to say, and its pricing will start at $1,299.
These two Galaxy S22 models are said to include 8GB of RAM, while the Galaxy S22 Ultra’s base model will ship with 12GB of RAM in the US. That is, at least, what previous rumors have been saying, TechInsider didn’t mention the exact models.
As we were able to find out recently, the European Galaxy S22 Ultra model will start with 8GB of RAM, but it will retain its price tag from last year (the same as the Galaxy S21 Ultra). The US variant will offer more RAM, though.
Samsung will announce at least six devices during its upcoming Unpacked event
These three smartphones are said to be coming alongside the Galaxy Tab S8 series tablets. All those devices are expected to launch on February 9, during the yet-unannounced Unpacked event.
So, the company will announce at least six devices during the event. Samsung could, of course, announce some additional products, we’ll have to wait and see.
A lot of information surfaced about all three Galaxy S22 smartphones thus far. We’ve talked about the Galaxy S22, S22+, and S22 Ultra at length in our preview articles. So, if you’re interested, check out those, they’ve been linked in the previous sentence.
