Organised by Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), this year’s experiences have been infused with a special spirit and ambiance to help everyone make treasured memories together.

Soak up the enchanting ambiance
Spectacular fireworks shows, sponsored by Al Zarooni Group, will light up the skies every night of the three days of Eid at 8pm, at locations across the city, offering awe-inspiring moments for everyone. On the first day of Eid, visitors and residents can watch the fireworks magic at Dubai Festival City Mall and in Hatta. On the second day, the skies at Al Seef will light up in colourful displays. On the third day of the celebrations, the Eid fireworks spectacular will take place at Bluewaters and The Beach, JBR in a wonderful finale to a month of stunning weekend displays.
Eid Reflections will light up iconic landmarks and neighbourhoods bringing the beauty of light to the city through projection shows to mark this special occasion. From 8pm to 3am every day of Eid, the displays can be witnessed at Al Seef, Jumeirah Grand Mosque, Ahmed Al Habbai Mosque in Al Khawaneej, and Dubai Festival City Mall, offering a chance for the community to come together and take in this spectacular showcase embodied by the beauty of light.
Every day over the Eid holiday, roaming performers will delight visitors of all ages as they take to malls across the city. Roaming performances can be spotted at Mall of Emirates, Mirdif City Centre, City Walk, Dubai Festival City, Ibn Battuta Mall, Circle Mall, Bluewater, The Outlet Village, Deira City Centre, Al Seef, Nakheel Mall, Boxpark and Al Khawaneej Walk.
A week of non-stop live concerts, entertainment and performances
Electrifying performances from local and international stars will be happening across the city wowing residents and visitors and bringing many ways to celebrate and make lasting memories.
Arabic music fans must mark their diaries as Abdulmajeed Abdullah makes his way back to Dubai for a foot-tapping performance on 13 April. Coca-Cola arena is set for an evening of top tunes by the Saudi sensation.
Famous Iranian vocalist Ebrahim Hamedi, known as Ebi, will return to Dubai for a performance at the Coca-Cola Arena on 9 April to perform songs from his new album, Pooste Shir and other top songs from his incredible 50-year career. Persian singer Dariush will come to Sheikh Rashid Hall in Dubai World Trade Centre on 10 April for an unforgettable evening filled with soulful hits and timeless melodies. Fans can also catch Nawal El Kuwaiti live at Dubai Opera on 10 April where the Kuwaiti singer will perform a string of her timeless hits.
Afroworld star Rema is bringing his infectious hits to the Coca-Cola Arena on 11 April. Fans should get ready for a charged up night of rhythm and melodies. Also on 11 April, the Iranian-American comedy star Maz Amini will entertain crowds with endless laughter in his signature style at Zabeel Theatre.
Lots of laughs together can also be had at the Dubai Comedy Festival which starts on 12 April and runs until 21 April. Side-splitting performances at Dubai Opera and Coca-Cola Arena will bring an array of ways for friends and loved ones to enjoy a feel-good evening of fun. The festival line-up includes a mix of international stars like Chris Distefano, Amer Zahr, husband-wife duo Spencer and Vogue, Indian comic Anubhav Singh Bassi and British funnymen Mo Gilligan, Frank Skinner and Al Murray, with more names to be announced soon.
Mohamed Ramadan will perform at The Agenda, Dubai Media City on 12 April. The acclaimed Egyptian superstar will take to the stage to deliver a thrilling performance of his chart-topping hits.
Legendary musical fiesta Elrow XXL is returning to Dubai on 13 April at Media City Amphitheatre with Australian music producer, Fisher as the headliner. The second Dubai edition of the musical spectacular will feature the flamboyant decorations and performers that the outdoor carnival is known for and passionately followed by fans around the world.
The premiere of Alone, the sensational theatrical project by Nikita Kobelev which is based on a play by American playwright Don Nigro, will come to Zabeel Theatre on 13 April.
On 14 April, Coca-Cola Arena will welcome The Fridge presents Sarah Geronimo x Bamboo. Filipino music fans can flock to the venue for an epic concert from two of the most popular artists from the Philippines. Bamboo will bring his distinctive vocals and signature mellow rock beats to the stage, while Geronimo performs hits from albums like Sweet Sixteen and One Heart.
Music enthusiasts are in for a treat as singer Homayoun Shajarian and composer/pianist Anoushiravan Rohani grace the stage at the Dubai World Trade Centre on 8 April for their concert, “The Colour of Voice.” This Iranian musical duo guarantees an unforgettable evening of music, showcasing their exceptional talent and artistry to captivate the audience.
Outdoor community fun for the family
With pleasant temperatures, the Eid break brings families and friends a perfect opportunity to get together to enjoy time outdoors.
Residents and visitors can take a trip around the world at Global Village this Eid, where they can explore the Eid Wonder Souk and more than 27 other pavilions and shop for the perfect festive gifts and souvenirs. Musical fireworks displays will light the skies daily at 9pm, and more than 200 cultural and entertainment performances will take place across the park during the celebrations, offering sights for the eyes and ears. On 14 April the Community Run will come to the Ripe Market and all abilities are welcome to join in. The sporting meet-up starts at 7am and there are three routes of 2.5km, 5km or 10km to choose from. The popular weekend bazaar featuring local artisan food, fashion and gift stalls will be open all day offering a leisurely way to wind down after a heart-racing run.
Thrill seekers and outdoor adventurers can enjoy a 30 per cent reduction on select activity packages at Hatta Wadi Hub, where they can take part in an exciting array of adrenaline-fuelled activities including archery, zip lining and kayaking.
