He was with his kid at the time.
In a bizarre incident at the Magic Kingdom, police arrested a Florida man for attempting to bring cocaine into Disney World. Authorities apprehended Dustin Lee Wallace, 44, on March 29, 2025. Security at the park’s bus loop checkpoint discovered a white powdery substance in his wallet. Testing later confirmed it was cocaine, according to People.
Wallace, accompanied by his son, was undergoing a routine security check when a metal detector alerted guards to his back pocket. Upon inspection, security personnel found a “bulky” wallet containing the illicit substance.
Wallace admitted to deputies from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office that he had been using cocaine for about a month due to work-related stress and had placed the drug in his wallet before trying to enter the park.
According to Wallace’s arrest report, viewed by WDWNT, Disney Security Officer Bryan Colon, “ … [O]bserved that his wallet was bulky, and [WALLACE] began to get nervous. Bryan explained that he must check the wallet, the defendant opened it, and he observed a bag of powdery white substances. Bryan contacted his manager for assistance.”
Wallace is banned from all Disney properties
Following the discovery, Disney security ordered Wallace to leave and banned him from all Disney properties. He was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine. Wallace pleaded not guilty on April 2 and was released on a $2,500 bond. His case remains pending as of the latest court records, and his attorney has not issued a comment.
This incident adds to a series of unusual events at Disney parks. In a separate case, authorities charged a man under the influence of LSD for tackling a security guard at Disney World. Additionally, police charged a homeless man with battery for forcibly shoving candy down a sheriff deputy’s body armor at Walt Disney World.
Aya Zabib’s arrest
Wallace’s arrest comes just a few months after security personnel discovered cocaine on 24-year-old Aya Zabib at Walt Disney World Resort during a routine screening at the Transportation and Ticket Center.
Zabib was en route to the Magic Kingdom when she triggered a metal detector, prompting a search of her belongings. Security found a small brown vial containing 6.6 grams of cocaine in her bag. Upon questioning, Zabib reportedly apologized and admitted the substance was cocaine, claiming she had forgotten it was in her bag after attending the Electric Daisy Carnival, an electronic music festival in Orlando.
A subsequent search revealed an additional vial with 7.2 grams of cocaine in her jeans pocket. Authorities charged Zabib with possession of cocaine, a third-degree felony. She has also been trespassed from all Disney properties.
