The Samsung Galaxy S22 series price tags surfaced a number of times thus far. Yesterday, we talked about the Galaxy S22 prices for the US, but only prices for the base models. Now, that very same source, TechInsider, formerly known as Snoopy, shared more detailed price tags for the devices, but their European price tags.
Retailer seemingly shared the Galaxy S22 series price tags
He claims that these price tags have been provided by a retailer, though he doesn’t mention which one. As per usual with such leaks, take it with a grain of salt. That being said, let’s see what’s reported here.
The Galaxy S22 with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage will allegedly cost €900. A variant with the same amount of RAM, but 256GB of storage will cost €949. That means it will be more expensive than its predecessor, and that’s a trend you’ll see across the board.
The Galaxy S22+ with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage is said to cost €1,100, while the variant with the same amount of RAM but 256GB of storage will set you back €1,149.
Now, the Galaxy S22 Ultra will allegedly come in three options. The most affordable one will include 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, and will cost €1,299. The variant with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage is said to cost €1,399. The most expensive variant will come with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, and will be priced at €1,499.
The Galaxy S22 series smartphones will be more expensive than its predecessors
Needless to say, the Galaxy S22 series will be quite pricey. That is what we expected, though, as pretty much every other leak reported it. The devices will be a bit more affordable in the US, though, based on previous reports.
All three of these smartphones are expected to land next month. The latest report suggested that Samsung will host its next Unpacked event on February 8. The company still didn’t confirm that, though, so take it with a grain of salt.
While we’re waiting for more information, feel free to check out our Galaxy S22, S22+, and previews.
