Caviar, the Russian company best known for its super-expensive customizations of popular smartphones, is back with its latest offering: the Samsung Galaxy S22. It is selling the latest Samsung flagships for as much as $7,830. These are the same Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+, and Galaxy S22 Ultra phones that start at $799 if you buy from elsewhere. But with Caviar, you’re paying for some extravagant luxury customizations.

We have six different collections of the Galaxy S22 series from Caviar this year. The Ocelot collection is the most expensive of the lot, starting at $6,600 for the 128GB Galaxy S22. It goes up to $7,830 for the Ultra model with 512GB of storage. These phones are double electroplated with 24K gold. We also have black PVD-titanium material on the back, with golden laser engraving.

The Great Gatsby collection also features these expensive luxury materials on the back. In addition, Caviar has made some 3D geometric patterns inspired by hundred-year-old Art Deco designs. This collection ranges between $6,450 to $7,680.

Next up, we have the Bird Of Prey customized Galaxy S22 collection from Caviar, once again with 24K gold double electroplated back. The company also claims to have used some crocodile skin here. These phones start at $6,370 and go up to $7,600. The Drive collection is also priced similarly but switches the back material to black PVD-titanium and carbon.

Then we have the Victory collection also with a titanium finish featuring crocodile skin. Caviar charges up to $7,450 for these phones. Lastly, the Titanium collection, which uses a hardened titanium material on the back, is the most affordable of the lot, starting at $5,980.

Caviar’s customized Galaxy S22 collections are way cheaper than Galaxy S21 Ultra

Caviar has been launching its customized collections of the latest Samsung flagships for the past few years. We had the Galaxy S21 series, Galaxy Z Fold 3, and the Galaxy Z Flip 3 last year. Before that, it launched the Galaxy Z Flip and the Galaxy S20 series with similar super-expensive customizations, even calling the latter Galaxy S21. Now, it’s back with the Galaxy S22 trio.

At under $8,000, the Caviar Galaxy S22 is way cheaper than what the company charged for one of its custom Galaxy S21 Ultra last year though. We are not talking about ten, 20, or even 50 thousand dollars. It sold the phone for over $77,000. Yes, an astonishing seventy-seven thousand dollars for a smartphone! Wonder if anyone bought those.

Thankfully, it doesn’t cost a penny to just check out Caviar’s collections on its website. You can check out all six Caviar Galaxy S22 collections from the links below. And if you are considering buying these super-expensive devices, keep in mind that the company has made only 99 units of each collection.
