One of the most powerful, yet quiet robot vacuums on the market
Narwal isn’t new to making robot vacuums, they are pretty innovative with them however. earlier this year, they announced the Freo X Ultra which actually compresses the dirt and dust in the dustbin inside the vacuum. Now with the Freo Z Ultra, they are doing a few more innovative things. Which is why we have decided to award the Narwal Freo Z Ultra a Best of IFA 2024 award.
I’ve actually been using the Narwal Freo Z Ultra for the past few weeks ahead of IFA, and I’m quite impressed with it. It’s quiet but also pretty powerful. The Freo Z Ultra boasts a suction power of around 12,000Pa. That’s not quite the strongest, but pretty close. This means that it is going to be able to pick up just about everything off of your floors.
Even when you put the Narwal Freo Z Ultra to its highest suction level, it is still pretty quiet. And so its the dock. The Freo Z Ultra dock will empty the dust bin, and it does a good job, while being pretty quiet. A lot of the time, I don’t even know that it has emptied the dustbin, it’s just that quiet.
Narwal can also intelligently change its cleaning routine, based on the environment. Whether it’s cables, shoes, or just a messier area, the robot vacuum can adapt to that and clean the room even better than before. Meaning it won’t get tangled up in cables and shoes, and it will also be able to clean everything nicely.
Better vision to avoid objects
Having cameras on a robot vacuum to avoid obstacles is nothing new. But Narwal is improving on that. Now, with dual cameras, it has a wide 136-degree field of view, making it easier to identify objects that might be on the ground and also mapping out your home. Inside, it has Xbox-grade chips that can do 4 trillion calculations a second to handle complex and unexpected situations.
This has resulted in the Narwal Freo Z Ultra almost never getting stuck or tangled nor missing out on cleaning some very dirty areas.
