Newegg has some decent deals for gamers during April Fool’s Day weekend, and unlike all the terrible jokes you’re undoubtedly already seeing and will see, these deals are actually legit. No joke.
While we won’t presume to list every single deal on the site for April Fool’s Day weekend, here’s what we found to be worthy of your consideration, should you decide to pop on over to Newegg. Keep in mind though that there are tons more deals then what we’re listing here. And you can find those all at the link at the bottom of this post. You’ll find price discounts on gaming desktops, gaming laptops, and peripherals like the Razer BlackWidow V3 for $99.99. Which is down $40 from the original price.
If you’re in need of a nice keyboard upgrade, you can’t really go wrong here. The BlackWidow lineup has been a solid gaming keyboard option for many years now and that’s why Razer keeps bringing it back.
Outside of keyboards, you can save $750 on the Acer Nitro 5 gaming laptop. The normal price for this laptop at Newegg is $2,099.99. But it’s on sale right now for $1,349.99. For that money, you get a laptop powered by an NVIDIA RTX 3070 Ti GPU, along with an AMD Ryzen 7 6800H CPU and 32GB of RAM. It also has 1TB of SSD storage for games and everything else.
If gaming laptops aren’t your think, not a problem. There’s an Acer Nitro gaming desktop on sale as well. It’s not as nice as the laptop when it comes to components, but you’ll save quite a bit more money. It swaps out the RTX 3070 Ti for an RTX 3050, and the 1TB SSD is 512GB instead. The CPU is also an Intel Core i5 12400F instead of the AMD model in the laptop. But again, it’s much less costly since the sale price is $789.99.
You’ve already got a gaming desktop you say? Well maybe you’re in need of more storage. If that’s the case, then consider the Exos X20 SATA drive from Seagate, which has a whopping 20TB of space, on sale for $309.99 down from $699.99.
