Anker’s new 140W charger has a built-in display

Anker is no stranger when it comes to offering some great charging accessories. Keeping up with the tradition, Anker has unveiled a new 140W multiport charger at the CES 2025. What makes this Anker wall charger stand out against other options is its built-in display that shows the power output of each port. Notably, it is the first wall charger from Anker with a display.

There are a total of four charging ports on Anker’s new 140W wall charger, three of which are USB-C ports, and one is a USB-A port. Among the three, only two USB-C ports can deliver a maximum power output of 140W. The third USB-C port maxes out at 40W.

On the other hand, the standalone USB-A port can deliver a maximum charging speed of 33W. Worth noting that the charging speed will reduce when you use all the charging ports simultaneously. Anker has ditched the traditional port placements on this 140W wall charger.

You can find all the charging ports on the underside of the charger, allowing you to plug in charging cables vertically. This design change aims to keep a stable connection, ensuring that the charger doesn’t fall off the wall outlet.

There’s an in-built display that tells you the power delivered through each port

The company chose to place the built-in display at the front, where you’d generally find charging ports on other chargers. The display itself is the real deal here, as it can tell which port is offering fast charging and how much power each port is using. Additionally, it displays temperature and has something that Anker calls an odometer which can tell how long you’ve been using the charger.

This 140W charger is available to grab from the official Anker store for $89.99. You can choose this charger from two color options – Black and Silver. Besides chargers, Anker has also debuted the new Anker 25K Power Bank which costs $99.99.

Talking of tech products, Anker also showcased its new Solix Solar Beach Umbrella, which comes with new perovskite solar cells. It delivers 100W of power using the Anker XT-60 to run the new Solix EverFrost 2 Electric Cooler.
