Following our exclusive leaks of the Xiaomi 15 Ultra on February 14, the phone has leaked again with high-res images of its two additional colors. The Xiaomi 15 Ultra has yet to release but it’s expected to launch on March 2. Xiaomi has now confirmed the launch date as of February 15, noting that fans could “witness the next pinnacle” with the brand on that date. That puts the official global launch of the Xiaomi 15 Ultra, and any other models in the Xiaomi 15 series, a little over two weeks away.

Concerning the most recent leaks, this isn’t the first time we’ve seen these two colors. In fact, the colors have leaked before. The big difference is that in those older leaks, there wasn’t as much detail since the images weren’t as high resolution. Nor were there views of the phone from all angles to give you a complete picture of its design. Now that’s all changed. The interesting thing is the dual-tone design from Friday’s leak. This is essentially a combination of the two solid colors Xiaomi will be offering.

The Xiaomi 15 Ultra will come in two additional colors

While it’s entirely possible that there could be other colors of this device, maybe in the future, for now, it looks like there’s going to be three. These include the dual-tone version of the phone, as well as solid black and white color options. The latter two colors are what concern today’s leak, which comes from mobiltelefon.ru.

As you can see in the images below, the black and white colors are the same tones as the black and white on the dual-tone model. It’s an interesting approach to the design. In going about it this way, Xiaomi creates a new color for the device without actually creating a new color for it. It just mashed the two solid colors together.

Each color features a different textural design

What’s really neat about each of these color options is that each one comes with a visually different texture. The black model appears as if it has a slightly rough textured surface to it. Almost like you’d expect to see with really fine sandpaper. The white model, meanwhile, looks more like a brushed metal. Only the brushed pattern has curves that flow along the surface. It’s a neat design idea and a break away from the norm of a straight brush stroke that we usually see with other phones.

The black model also has a red-accented camera ring, with the red used around the edge of it to give it that little bit of extra pop.
