The Google Pixel 7a is coming in about a week, and the leaks just keep on coming. The latest one shows us the Pixel 7a marketing materials, basically. This package of images comes from Roland Quandt, a well-known tipster.
The Google Pixel 7a marketing materials have surfaced across a bunch of images
He shared 12 images in total, showing off the phone’s renders, lifestyle images, contents of the retail box, and even some of its specs. You can check out all the images in the gallery below.
Having said that, black, blue, and white variants of the phone are shown here. The Coral model is also coming, it seems, but it’s not included here. Perhaps it’s limited to some markets, or Google plans to release it later on, who knows. Or perhaps the tipster didn’t get his hands on the images yet.
As we’ve known for a while now, the Pixel 7a will look like the Pixel 7. It will, however, be a bit smaller, as its display will measure 6.1 inches, and not 6.3 inches.
These images confirm that we’re getting a 90Hz display. The Google Tensor G2 SoC is also mentioned, and the same goes for ‘Fast wired charging’ and ‘Wireless charging’. No specifics were given, though.
It will have a 13MP ultrawide camera after all, in addition to a 64MP main camera
A 64-megapixel main camera is confirmed here too, as is a 13-megapixel ultrawide camera. So it won’t be a 12-megapixel ultrawide unit, like previously reported. A 13-megapixel unit will be placed on the front.
Super Res Zoom will be a part of the package, up to 8x. The Pixel 6a offered the same feature, but up to 7x. Photo Unblur, Magic Eraser, and Night Sight are all mentioned here, as expected.
As expected, a charger won’t be included in the box. You’ll, however, get a charging cable (Type-C to Type-C, USB 2.0, 1m), a SIM ejector tool, and a Quick Switch adaptor. The phone will become official on May 10 during Google I/O keynote, alongside the Pixel Fold and Pixel Tablet.
