The Google Pixel 7a marketing materials have just surfaced, and they basically confirm rumored specs. The Pixel 7a is actually starting to look really appealing on paper, to say the least. This phone will definitely be a notable step up from the Pixel 6a, at least in the spec department.
The Pixel 7a marketing materials leak to reveal a ton of details
That being said, you can check out the leaked marketing materials in the gallery below the article. These images do confirm that the phone will feature wireless charging. Google’s charging dock is included in the promo materials, basically confirming the feature. The charging speed is not mentioned, but the phone is tipped to offer 5W wireless charging. Granted, that is truly slow.
These images also confirm that the phone will feature a 64-megapixel main camera. In that way, it agrees with the rumors. Google will allegedly use Sony’s IMX787 sensor, but that detail is not listed in the marketing materials. A 12-megapixel ultrawide camera is also expected on the back.
It will offer a 90Hz panel, which is also an improvement compared to the Pixel 6a
What else? Well, a 90Hz display that was rumored is also confirmed here. The screen size is not listed, but the phone is tipped to utilize a 6.1-inch panel. That will be a flat fullHD+ display, it’ll be an OLED panel, of course.
The Google Tensor G2 SoC is also mentioned, as is the Titan M2 security chip. These materials claim that the phone will offer an all-day battery, and up to 72 hours of battery life in ‘Extreme Battery Saver’ mode.
Those are basically all the details revealed here. You can also check out the phone’s design, though. The Pixel 7a will look like the Pixel 7, basically, but it’ll be a bit smaller due to a smaller display.
The phone is expected to launch in Gray, Light Blue, and Silver color options. It will become official during Google I/O next month. The Pixel Fold, and Pixel Tablet are also expected to launch during Google’s keynote. As we’re waiting for the Pixel 7a to launch, check out a ton of images that surfaced.
