The Motorola Razr+ (2023) charging speed has been confirmed

The phone surfaced with a model number XT-2321-2. Its name was not specifically mentioned, however, so it’s still up for debate whether it will be Motorola Razr 2023 or Motorola Razr+ 2023. Sources keep mentioning the latter, so that’s what we’re going with.

It was revealed earlier that the phone will include a 3,640mAh battery. It will actually have two batteries, which will together form that 3,640mAh unit. Motorola will include a 2,850mAh battery, and a 790mAh battery. That is standard practice when it comes to flip phones these days.

Images of the device appeared a while back

This handset will look considerably different than its predecessor. How? Well, the outer display is rumored to be a lot bigger. Images of the device surfaced already (renders and a real-life image), and they gave us a look at that large cover display.

The outer display will go around the dual camera setup, and cover a truly large portion of the phone’s backplate. It seems like the Galaxy Z Flip 5 will utilize a similar approach, though.

Motorola’s upcoming flip phone is expected to feature a gapless design when folded. It’s also expected to include a display camera hole on its main display. The phone will likely be made out of metal and glass.

We don’t really have much spec info at this point, but the device will likely be well-equipped in that regard. We’re guessing a fullHD+ main display with a 120Hz resolution will be in use. It will measure somewhere around 6.7 or 6.8 inches.

The outer display will be a lot larger than the on in the Razr 2022

The outer display will be a lot larger than on the previous handset, and it will be an OLED panel. Two cameras will sit on the back. We’re guessing that in addition to the main wide-angle unit, Motorola plans to use an ultrawide camera.

Android 13 will come pre-installed on the Motorola Razr+ 2023. The Motorola Razr 2022 arrived back in August last year, so we’re guessing this handset will be coming around that time too. It’s possible Motorola changed up its release cycle, though, in which case it may launch sooner than that.
