Arise, ARMY — a new explosive collaboration is in town. The figurine mogul LEGO Group has finally teased the long-awaited BTS Dynamite set for early 2023. This collaboration was announced in February 2022, resulting from a fan-submitted idea of BTS’ “Dynamite” reimagined as a brick set.

Teased on Twitter through LEGO’s official account, the company posted a not-so-cryptic image of silhouetted figurines of seven brick toys in various positions. If the seven figures did not give it away to fans, the purple background and the shoutouts to BTS and HYBE would have done the trick. In addition to using the group’s official color, LEGO also left the caption “Na-na-na, na-na, na-na, ayy!” as a nod to BTS’ hit song “Dynamite.”

Naturally, all these hints pointed at the collaboration finally proving fruitful after the company confirmed the fan-submitted idea to have finally been approved a year prior. BTS’ LEGO Dynamite set is an ode to the group’s first English single “Dynamite,” released amid the pandemic in 2020, while the group tried to bring some positivity into the world, hoping that it would reach a much larger international audience via their fun English lyrics.

While the set still has no release date, ARMY should definitely start saving up. LEGO sets’ prices range from a variety of budgets depending on the size and complexity of the lego structure. However, considering the high demand this set is bound to have, BTS fans can expect to pay a good buck for the seven brick figures.

Regardless of the price, ARMY is known for being one of the most devoted groups of fans to have ever existed, selling out a wide variety of products — from Hyundai cars to deduction games. At this point, LEGO can just add this set to the list of products blessed by BTS’ golden touch.
