The Motorola Moto G82 is one of the company’s upcoming mid-range smartphones, and newly-leaked images give us a closer look at the device. In addition to that, its specs also surfaced, from the same source.
Leaked images give us a closer look at the Motorola Moto G82
This information comes from 91mobiles and Evan Blass, by the way. You can see both the phone’s renders here, and what seems to be its real-life image. Both of those are included in the gallery below (two images).
The first image shows the phone from both the front and the back side. This one really does leave very little to the imagination. The Moto G82 will offer a modern look, it seems. Its bezels will be thin, display flat, and a display camera hole will also be included.
The phone’s back side will be curved towards the sides. The Motorola branding will sit on the back, including the company’s logo. There seems to be an interesting dotted pattern in play on the back of the device.
We’re not sure what materials will Motorola use here, but the phone’s frame will likely be made out of metal. Either plastic or glass will be used on the back of the Moto G82.
You will also notice that there are three cameras included on the back of the device. They are vertically-aligned, and placed inside a camera island in the top-left corner.
A 120Hz display will be included, along with a 5,000mAh battery
The Moto G82’s codename is ‘Rhode 5G+’, and this phone will be more powerful than the recently-introduced Moto G52. The device will ship with Android 12, and it will feature a 6.55-inch fullHD+ pOLED display. That panel will offer a 120Hz refresh rate, and the phone’s screen-to-body ratio will be 88-percent.
The Snapdragon 695 is set to fuel this smartphone, while the device will arrive in three different configurations. All three will include 128GB of storage, but different RAM counts. You’ll be able to choose between 4GB, 6GB, and 8GB (LPDDR4X) RAM variants.
A 5,000mAh battery will also be a part of the package, and the phone will support 33W charging. A side-facing fingerprint scanner will also be a part of this package, as will IP52 certification.
In terms of its cameras, a 50-megapixel main camera will be backed by an 8-megapixel ultrawide unit, and a 2-megapixel macro camera. A single 16-megapixel camera is expected on the phone’s front side. You can also expect a 3.5mm headphone jack to be included.
