The Motorola Moto G 5G (2022) is coming, and its design has just surfaced. The design has been shared by @OnLeaks, as he partnered up with prepp.in. You can check out the design in the gallery below the article.
The Motorola Moto G 5G (2022) design & specs got shared in separate leaks
In addition to those images, the source also shared a YouTube video. In it, you’ll see images as well, but shown in a 3D format, so you’ll essentially see these CAD-based renders spinning, so that you can see the phone from all sides.
The Moto G 5G (2022) design won’t be anything to write home about. The phone will include a flat display, with a centered display camera hole. Its bezels will be thin, well, all of them except the bottom one. That bezel will be considerably thicker than the rest.
The device will include three cameras on the back, and a single camera on the front. A side-facing fingerprint scanner will be included, and it will double as a power/lock button. Above it, you’ll notice the volume up and down buttons. The source claims that the phone will measure roughly 165.4 x 75.8 x 9.3mm.
In addition to these CAD-based renders, the phone’s specs were also shared. That information comes from @Shadow_Leak tipster. He shared the information via Twitter.
The phone will offer a 120Hz display, and a 5,000mAh battery
According to the information he shared, this device’s codename is ‘Austin’. The Motorola Moto G 5G (2022) will feature a 6.6-inch fullHD+ IPS LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate.
The Snapdragon 750G will fuel the phone, while you’ll be able to choose between 4GB and 6GB RAM variants. Those two models will include 64GB and 128GB of internal storage, respectively.
A 5,000mAh battery will also be included in the package. A 50-megapixel main camera will be backed by an 8-megapixel unit, and a 2-megapixel unit on the back. Stereo speakers will also be included, as will a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Android 12 will come pre-installed on the phone. The tipster also shared the price tag for India. The phone’s base model is said to cost INR20,000 ($263). This device won’t be exclusive to India, though, of course. We still don’t know when exactly will it launch.
