Ulefone is always very creative with its durability tests. Well, the latest durability test video that the company uploaded to YouTube includes the Ulefone Armor X10. That is the company’s budget rugged handset.
The Ulefone Armor X10 durability test video is quite fun to watch
The video itself has a duration of two and a half minutes, and is embedded below the article. In it, you’ll see a series of durability tests, actually, and some of them are quite creative.
The very first test includes a stapler. The company’s employee tried to staple the phone’s display, but the Armor X10 handled that like a champ. The second test includes a screwdriver, as it was used to try and scratch up the camera lenses on the back, which are protected by glass.
A knife didn’t do anything to the phone’s display, and neither did a small cleaver. In this video, you’ll see an apple being cut in half by a cleaver, on top of the phone’s display. That’s not something you see every day.
As if that’s not enough, Ulefone used this phone’s display to smash a bunch of walnuts too. In one of the tests, the phone got thrown into a plastic container with a bunch of nails, and other tools, and then shaken. That didn’t affect this phone either.
The phone even gets throw down the stairs in this video
The last scene in the video sees the Ulefone Armor X10 thrown down the stairs, and the phone handled that like a champ too. All of this proves the Armor X10 is one tough cookie, to say the least.
This smartphone features a 5.45-inch HD+ display. It includes 4GB of RAM and 32GB of expandable storage. The MediaTek Helio A22 fuels the device, while the phone is IP68/IP69K and MIL-STD-810G certified.
There are two cameras on the back of this phone, and the main one is a 13-megapixel unit from Samsung. A 5,180mAh battery is included on the inside of the phone, and it supports 10W wired charging.
