Redmagic has officially announced the global launch of the Redmagic 10S Pro, its latest smartphone dedicated to mobile gaming. While the phone technically launched at the end of last month, it was only released in China at the time. Now with the global launch, the Redmagic 10S Pro will be available in markets like the US and other regions outside of China, where past Redmagic phones have been sold.
The big deal here is the upgrade to performance compared to previous phones from the Redmagic brand. The biggest upgrade comes in the form of Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite mobile platform. This chipset is what’s being used in devices like the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, ASUS ROG Phone 9 Pro, and even Redmagic’s upcoming tablet, currently being referred to as the Redmagic Tablet 3 Pro.
This is Redmagic’s first phone with this chip. That means higher performance in mobile games and advanced graphical features like improved ray tracing. It’s also more power-efficient.
The global version of the Redmagic 10S Pro will launch on June 17, starting at $649
Now that the announcement for the global launch has gone live, the phone itself will be available for pre-order soon. Those who pre-order this device early enough will get early bird pricing. So, there is an incentive to pick it up before the standard pricing kicks in.
According to Redmagic, the 10S Pro will launch at a standard price of $649. It’s worth keeping in mind that this is the base cost of the phone, which has 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. It will also come with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage for $849, and 24GB of RAM with 1TB of storage for $999. So you have options. Having said that, you have an opportunity to spend a little bit less.
Early bird pricing kicks in on June 17, while standard pricing kicks in on June 18. There is a bit of a catch here. You have to register for early bird pricing vouchers between June 12 and June 17 if you want the early bird pricing. Redmagic also doesn’t list the early bird pricing for all models. Just the base model, which is going to be $619. This is a $30 difference, so it’s probably safe to assume the other variants will also get a $30 price cut for early bird buyers.
Additionally, the Redmagic 10S Pro will be available in three colors. However, not all colors are available in every variant. Nightfall is only available in the 12GB/256GB model. Meanwhile, Moonlight and Dusk will be available in the other two variants.
