The launch of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 FE series could be closer than you think. Recent leaks have revealed some key details about these tablets, although some specs were still kept secret. However, you won’t have to wait any longer to know everything about them. A major leak has revealed all the tech specs, along with images, of the Galaxy Tab S10 FE and Galaxy Tab S10 FE Plus.
Starting with the design, the two tablets are identical except for their size. They have a metal body with IP68 water and dust resistance. The bezels around the display are thicker than those on the main Tab S10 lineup. The FE models also lose a rear camera sensor. However, the rest looks quite similar.
The upcoming Galaxy Tab S10 FE and Galaxy Tab S10 FE Plus
As reported by WinFuture’s Roland Quandt, the Galaxy Tab S10 FE will have a 10.9-inch display with a resolution of 2304 x 1440 px. On the other hand, the Galaxy Tab S10 FE Plus will have a 13.1-inch display with a resolution of 2880 x 1800 px. Both displays are LCD and support the S Pen.
The series will be powered by the octa-core Exynos 1580 chip. Samsung debuted this silicon in the recently launched Galaxy A56. The chip features an octa-core CPU with speeds of up to 2.91 GHz. The tablets will be available in 8GB RAM + 128GB/12GB RAM + 256GB variants. There’s a microSD slot if you need more storage.
The Galaxy Tab S10 FE packs a decent 8,000 mAh battery. The larger, sharper display of the Plus model will consume more power, so this variant will have a 10,090 mAh cell. Both tablets support 45W wired fast charging and share the same cameras (13 MP rear, 12 MP front). In terms of connectivity, the Galaxy Tab S10 FE series supports Wi-Fi 6E, NFC, and Bluetooth 5.3. Both models will also be available in versions with a 5G modem.
Prices and variants for Europe
The report also includes European prices for the devices. The Galaxy Tab S10 FE will start at €579 for the 8GB + 128GB version and will cost €100 more to upgrade to the top-of-the-range 12GB + 256GB variant.
Meanwhile, the base Galaxy Tab S10 FE+ (8GB RAM + 128GB) will cost €749. If you want the 5G version, it will cost you €849 with the same configuration. Adding more memory and storage will likely cost you another €100. In fact, the most expensive version of this particular model (5G, 12GB + 256GB) could cost €949.
