ASUS is all set to launch its next ZenFone series flagship called the ZenFone 12 Ultra at an event on February 6. Ahead of the launch, the company has already teased quite a few features of the upcoming device. Apart from packing loaded performance, it will be a camera and AI-centric flagship. Geekbench now has the ASUS ZenFone 12 Ultra in its database. The listing has revealed a few more specifications of the upcoming ASUS flagship.
ASUS ZenFone 12 Ultra’s Geekbench listing has revealed some key specs
Geekbench has benchmarked the ASUS ZenFone 12 Ultra under the model number ASUSAI2501H. The listing included the device with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor and Android 15. The phone has a maximum clock speed of 3.53GHz.
Notably, they paired the chipset with a massive 16GB of RAM. Furthermore, Geekbench has benchmarked the phone with the high-end Adreno 830 graphics processing unit. Notably, the device managed to score 3,036 points in the single-core test and 9,656 points in the multi-core segment. Unfortunately, Geekbench did not reveal any other specifications of the device.
ZenFone 12 Ultra specifications
The ZenFone 12 Ultra will arrive as the successor to last year’s ZenFone 11 Ultra (review). The company has confirmed that the handset will support 4K video recording and feature the focus lock functionality. Earlier reports have indicated that it could be a rebranded version of the ROG Phone 8. So, we can expect the phone to share some of its specs with the ROG offering.
Notably, if that’s true, then we can expect the ZenFone 12 Ultra to flaunt a 6.78-inch full HD AMOLED display. The handset could offer HDR support and a maximum refresh rate of 120Hz. In the camera segment, we can expect the phone to provide a 50MP main camera with the Sony LYTIA 700 sensor, a 13MP ultra-wide angle camera, and a 32MP 3X telephoto lens. Lastly, a beefy 5,800mAh battery with 65W fast charging support will keep the whole package alive.
