Yaber’s K3 projectors provide an amazing viewing experience for their price
At IFA, we saw a ton of new devices coming from the best tech companies, and projector company Yaber was no exception. It showed off its new duo of premium projectors, the K3 series. There’s the Yaber K3 and the Yaber K3 Pro. They bring improvements over the K2 series of projectors.
Both the K3 and K3 Pro are the same with the exception of one audio feature. The Yaber K3 is a 1080p projector that can throw an image between 40 inches and 200 inches. It’s bright enough to reach up to 1,600 ANSI lumens. So, you won’t need to worry about using the projector during the daytime. The sunlight won’t wash out the image.
A projector that gets this bright will generate a bunch of heat, and that can lead to issues. Thankfully, the Yaber K3 comes with a new heating system called CoolSwitft. This helps keep it cool when the brightness is at its fullest. It involves a U-shaped heat sink with dual thermoelectric coolers. The added heat protection means that you’ll be able to keep this projector for much longer without the parts overheating.
There’s some serious power to these speakers
Moving onto the audio, the Yaber K3 has a pair of JBL-tuned speakers that can both produce 15W of power. So, if you don’t have a speaker system for your home theater, then these speakers will serve you just fine. The addition of Dolby Atmos is a plus.
The Yaber K3 Pro comes with a dedicated woofer that will produce lower tones and augment the bass. That’s the only difference between the devices.
If you’re getting a projector, then you’re going to need some media to watch. Well, you’ll be glad to know that these projectors come with Google TV. This is Google’s main TV operating system, and it comes with more than 7000 apps. You’ll have access to all of your favorite streaming services like YouTube TV, Netflix, Paramount+, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, Tubi, etc.
Not only that, but you’ll be able to play several games right on your projector. This way, it could double as a light gaming console if you’re tired of watching movies.
Since there’s not much of a difference between the two models, there’s not much of a difference in the price. The Yaber K3 comes in at €600, and the Pro variant comes in at €650. You’ll be able to buy both of these projectors online, but only the Pro variant is also available in physical stores.
Yaber shows why it’s one of the best projector companies on the market, and it brought its best with the K3 series. This is why they earned our award for Best of IFA 2024.
