A new leak, reportedly from Central European repair provider Mobistekla, has now revealed two apparent screen repair kits for the as-yet-unreleased Samsung Galaxy S21 FE. The kits differ in what is included. One, allegedly shipping with a complete frame included, is purportedly priced at €185. That would be roughly $209.58 using direct current conversion rates. Although it’s worth noting, pricing is almost never a direct conversion.
The display itself, including just the screen for repairs, is priced lower at €119, according to the source. Converted, that’s roughly $134.82.
What else is new in this leak aside from pricing for Galaxy S21 FE screen repair kits?
Images shared alongside the leak, conversely, don’t appear to contain any real surprises. Although, only one of the expected four colors — namely, the Graphite variant — is shown. The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE has already been the subject of numerous leaks, in the lead up to its launch date. Which itself is suspected to land sometime in January.
Present rumors and leaks for the gadget pin it as a 6.4-inch handset. With a design that falls somewhere between the Galaxy S20 FE and Galaxy S21 series. And a 120Hz AMOLED display panel, accented by a punch-hole for the tipped 32-megapixel front camera. All packed into a frame rated at IP68 for water and dust resistance.
Both 6GB and 8GB RAM variants have also been tipped, with non-expandable storage coming in 128GB and 256GB versions. Although all potential versions are expected to feature a 4,500mAh capacity battery with up to 25W fast-charging capabilities. And, of course, with fast wireless charging.
Samsung is expected to include a 12-megapixel main and ultra-wide snapper around the back. As well as an 8-megapixel 3x telephoto zoom snapper. The entire package is expected to be driven by the latest OneUI from Samsung, laid over Android 12. And powered by an Exynos 2100 or Snapdragon 888 5G chipset.
