House Md Parenthood Ncis Coming Soon To Netflix In International Regions

The licensing taps continue to be open for Netflix in numerous regions as some fan-favorites from CBS and Universal Television are due to hit Netflix in the coming months, What’s on Netflix has learned.

These shows continue Netflix’s growing appetite for licensed shows across the world. The United States recently got announced to be receiving over a dozen shows from Disney, while some international regions just picked up multiple seasons of Yellowstone.

What titles are on the way? Let’s dive into them one by one:

  • House MD (8 Seasons) – Universal Television – Hugh Laurie headlines this medical drama series that first aired on Fox. We follow Dr. Gregory House, leading a team of diagnosticians at a hospital diagnosing complex cases (usually not Lupus).
  • Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (24 Seasons) – Universal Television – Police procedural created by Dick Wolf.
  • NCIS (20 Seasons) – CBS Studios / Paramount – Crime procedural following the Naval Criminal Investigative Service starring Mark Harmon.
  • Parenthood (6 Seasons) – Universal Television – Peter Krause, Lauren Graham, and Dax Shepard star in this family comedy-drama series based on the 1989 film.
  • Psych (8 Seasons) – Universal Television –  Dectective comedy-drama series that originally aired on USA Network. Stars James Roday, Dulé Hill, and Timothy Omundson.

Based on our observations and other observers, some titles could be rolled out as soon as February 2024. For example, House MD is reportedly rolling out in Latin American countries come February 1st, 2024.

A representative for Netflix confirmed the additions of the following shows to Netflix and provided further context on what countries are expected to receive them. They told us that the additions would be “primarily” for Europe and Latin America, including Brazil and Argentina. They also stated that select regions in Africa and the Middle East would get them, too, plus Australia and New Zealand.

For the moment, it doesn’t look like the United States or the United Kingdom are expected to receive these titles. That said, NCIS remains on Netflix in the United States at the time of publishing, although we are expecting it to be set for removal later this year.

Netflix also told us that these shows may not roll out simultaneously and that things are subject to change.

Special thanks to several people for alerting me to these upcoming returns/additions, primarily Portal Netflix BR on X and Vincenz2600 on X.
